THE BIG RABBIT

A Frenchman was late for a fancy dress competition, so he took a shortcut across some fields. The only thing was that the man had dressed up as a rabbit, complete with floppy ears, and, unbeknown to him, the fields were popular for weekend hunters. One such hunter was astounded to see a giant rabbit hobbling on the other side of the field from him and, thinking it would feed his family for a year, took a pot shot at it. The hunter was even more astounded when he saw the rabbit jump up and start charging towards him, cursing loudly. After a somewhat bizarre confrontation, the man dressed as a rabbit and the hunter teamed up and won first prize in the fancy dress competition.
