VIBRATIONS
A woman, who had been driving alone through the countryside, was involved
in an accident. When it came time to fill in the insurance forms, it emerged that
she had been alone at the time and that no other cars were involved. She stated
on her accident claim form that she had been driving within the speed limit. Police
reports confirmed that driving conditions were almost perfect on the day of the
accident. What then could have been the cause of the accident? The insurance company
decided to investigate further, but found the woman to be very vague on many of
the points put to her. Eventually they contacted the ambulance service and discovered
why the woman had been reluctant to answer some of their questions. Apparently,
she had crashed the car because she had been using a vibrator at the time of the
accident.
