A FISH OUT OF WATER
A wildlife television crew had been commissioned to document the life of a
salmon. The project was to take six months and follow the salmon's progress. They
caught a salmon in the sea and without harming it, attached a radio transmitter
to it, so they could track it up river where it would lay its eggs. After two
months of tracking and filming the salmon's movements, the crew was excited because
the fish was about to make its amazing trip upriver. They were startled, however,
when the signal suddenly veered away from the river and through a forest. Thinking
they had discovered a freak tributary of the river, the crew set about following
the signal. After an hour, they stumbled across a campsite and a fire surrounded
by a group of boy scouts. On the fire, their precious salmon was being barbecued
to perfection.
