CRABS!

A mother took her 14-year-old son to the doctor after he complained of stomach cramps. Examining the boy, the doctor realised it was serious and immediately sent him to hospital to have his stomach pumped out. At the hospital, the mother waited anxiously, cringing every time she heard her son gag in the room next door. After 15 minutes of this, a nurse came out and told the mother she could go in to her son. She took the boy in her arms as soon as she saw he was basically okay, although a bit traumatised. The doctor took the mother aside and showed her what had been causing the stomach cramps. She nearly fainted when she saw a container full of tiny crabs scurrying around. The only explanation she could come up with was that they had gone to the beach a few days before and her son must have swallowed some water whilst swimming. Crab eggs in the water then incubated and hatched in the poor boy's stomach.
