A little girl came across what she took to be a small lizard in Regent's Park, London, and took it home with her. She put it in a tank where she kept terrapins only to discover an hour later that the "lizard" had eaten them. When the upset girl told her mother, she immediately took the creature to London Zoo for examination. The creature turned out to be a baby Caiman crocodile which could grow up to 8-foot-long in its wild habitat. . |
