RATTLESNAKE REVENGE

A cowboy walking through the Grand Canyon came across a rattlesnake on the path and, after stunning it with his belt, he stomped on its head with his boot. The cowboy returned to his lodge, but within a day, became sick and died. The cowboy's brother inherited his boots, but he also became sick and died. The boots were too small for the other brother, so an uncle took them - when he wore them he became sick and died. The surviving brother, at last making the connection with the boots, examined them and discovered the rattlesnake's fangs embedded in the sole, still with venom on them.
