ACTION MAN MENACE
In Sarajevo, an eight-year-old boy was convicted of armed bank robbery. The
boy took to crime after his mother refused to buy him an Action Man. Bitter and
twisted, the boy took his fathers shotgun and went straight to the city bank and
ordered the cashier to give him the equivalent of $100, so that he could buy the
whole collection of Action Men. Thinking it was a joke, the cashier laughed and
told him not to be so silly and to go home before his mother began to worry. However,
after the boy fired the gun into the ceiling, the cashier took him seriously and
quickly handed him the money. Soon after, the police caught the boy at the toy
shop, trying to decide which Action Men he wanted as he had underestimated the
cost of the whole collection.
