CATCHING A FLASHER

In Pretoria, South Africa, an old man was known for his habit of flashing at women in cars at red lights, but had somehow evaded arrest. One day, however, he opened his overcoat on an innocent woman driver only for her to instantly react by closing her electric window on the old man's pecker. To the delight of passers-by, the woman slowly drove the offensive man to the nearest police station and had him arrested.
