NIGHT BUS

Three students, who shared a flat in Manchester, went on a pub crawl one Friday night, only to get completely inebriated and miss the last bus home. Cheapskate students that they were, they began to walk the few miles home. However, on passing the bus depot, the students had an idea and sneaked inside. They found their bus, the 157, parked by the gate and so started her up and drove themselves home, leaving the bus at the nearest bus stop. Delighting in their new-found free transport home, they repeated the exercise the next weekend. The weekend after that, they tried again, but this time they took their time and the police caught them. The police confirmed that the students' fingerprints matched those found in the previous week's thefts. Asked why they took so long this time, one student replied sadly, "The bus company must've been on to us, because they'd parked the 157 right at the back and we had to move five other buses to get it out!"
