PROP DEAD

A woman was charged with harbouring a dead body, when she made her husband continue working after he died of a heart attack. The woman, who ran a bar in Nairobi, Kenya, discovered her husband had died of a heart attack after she came back from a shopping trip. Worried that without her husband customers would stop coming to their bar, she propped him up in a rocking chair in the corner and told any concerned customers that he was just tired. The woman got away with it for nearly two weeks until one customer got suspicious when her husband wouldn't join in a conversation about football. As police led her away, the woman was heard to say, "He's not dead. His heart just stopped beating, that's all."
