TOOTH BRUSH

No book of urban myths would be complete without this one. A family returned from their holidays to find that their house had been burgled and all of their possessions, bar the toothbrushes and a camera, had been taken. The family informed the police, filed the usual insurance claims and then went about their business, thinking nothing of using the toothbrushes. A couple of days later they took their holiday photographs to be developed, along with the film that was in the one remaining camera. When the prints were returned they discovered that the film from the camera featured photographs of their toothbrushes, stuffed up the backsides of the burglars.
