LIFE SAVER
In Salt Lake City, Utah, a dentist was horrified to discover that a patient
had died in the chair while he was giving him a filling. Worried about the consequences
to his business, the dentist lifted the man over his shoulder, carried him downstairs
and left him in the toilet. Ten minutes later, the dentist was stunned to see
the man walk into his surgery complaining about a headache. It turned out that
the bumping motion of carrying the man down the stairs had been the equivalent
of cardiopulmonary resuscitation and the dentist had inadvertently revived the
man.
