A TESTING TIME
A boy from Marseilles, France, was taking his motorbike driving test. He had
been doing very well so far and he was confident he would pass. The examiner wanted
to test his emergency stop and he told the boy to drive around certain roads and
when the examiner jumped out in front of him, he was stop immediately. The boy
sped off on his motorbike and drove around the streets the examiner had told him
to, but after 1 5 minutes the examiner had still not appeared and the boy was
getting concerned. He drove around and around for another 15 minutes before finally
giving up and returning to the testing centre. At the centre, the boy found out
what had happened. It seemed the examiner had heard the sound of an approaching
motorbike and stepped out, only for it to be the wrong motorbike and for it to
hit him head on. The poor examiner was treated in hospital for several injuries,
whilst the boy was allowed to pass his test.
