NO CHAIN TOO MUCH...
A man from Milan, Italy, was extremely proud of his classic Ferrari sports
car. It had taken him years to restore it to mint condition and he was very precious
about it, only taking it out on special occasions. Wary of its attraction to thieves,
the man kept it locked up in his garage and used heavy chains around its frame
which were secured with impenetrable locks to pins in the wall. Every night, he
left the car facing into the garage, all locked up and covered with a tarpaulin.
One especially beautiful morning, the man decided to take his prize out for a
spin and went into the garage. He removed the tarpaulin and discovered the car
all locked up but facing in the other direction. On the windshield was a note:
"We can have this car any time we want it." It was signed ".. .a good car thief."
