SLOWLY DOES IT!

A middle-aged woman was thought to be one of the safest drivers in California, but this was due more to being very careful than to her expertise. On one occasion, the woman had just been to town to do some shopping and was emerging from the car park, when she came to a busy junction. The cars kept coming in both directions and every time she went to turn left, another flurry of traffic would prevent her. Six hours later, the traffic began to slow, but the woman had fallen asleep and by the time she woke up, it was the morning rush hour. After about an hour of morning traffic, the woman plucked up her courage and went for it, only to crash straight into the side of a police car.
